Ronnie Delmonico
Ronnie Delmonico is the business partner of James Reardon, whose immigrant father made a name for himself in the 60's running the notorious strip-club, the Chickadee, which Ronnie still runs and co-owns with Jimmy Reardon. He is also operations manager for the marijuana arm of the Reardon family. Ebullient, gregarious, and pragmatic, closer to Jimmy and his family than his own. Aware of Jimmy's deal to inform to Mary Spalding, Ronnie becomes Jimmy's guilty conscience, as he feels discomfited at breaking the ancient code of honor among thieves. He is not so uncomfortable with it as he begins to see the outrageous benefits received from having a top cop as your confidant. Ronnie is certain in his beliefs, with much less moral distress than Reardon. He is often the assured advisor, though his old school philosophy clashes at times from Reardon's growing desire to go legit. An inveterate womanizer, women are his Achilles heel.
